Check-In and Check-Out Procedures:
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM.
Upon check-in, Guests are required to present a photo identification and a credit card. Please be advised that special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Early check-in and late check-out are contingent upon availability and may incur extra fees.
Inspect the property upon arrival and report any significant damages within 24 hours. You are responsible for any costs related to damages not reported in a timely manner.
Ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked when absent from the property. Notify the Operator if you will be away for more than 7 days to facilitate regular inspections.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit is required at check-in. This deposit can be paid in cash (AED, USD, EUR, SAR, GBP) or by card. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, subject to an inspection by Concierge personnel. In the event of reported damages or losses, NOX Holiday Homes reserves the right to charge the guest for the costs incurred.
Lost keys/access cards or building fines must be paid straight away and will be deducted from your security deposit such as:
Lost building access card = 500 AED
Lost parking remote/transponder = 500 AED
Lost door key = 200 AED
Call-Out Charges = 150 AED
The smell of cigarette smoking fine = 500 AED
Housekeeping Services:
Standard housekeeping services are provided upon check-in.
Additional housekeeping services during your stay are available upon request for an extra charge. Please contact the Operator to arrange these services.
Residential Community:
Our Holiday Homes are situated within family-oriented residential communities. We kindly request that your conduct mirrors the respectful and considerate nature of a family environment.
It is imperative to uphold the integrity of the property, including its amenities, and to maintain the security and peace of our neighbors.
Any form of uncivilized or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
The property is not to be used for any illegal or commercial activities at any time.
Guests & Visitors:
All Guests and Visitors must be registered with the Operator a minimum of 24 hours in advance and must present valid identification. Access may be denied or delayed if registration is not completed.
Guests bear responsibility for the behavior of their visitors and must ensure adherence to all House Rules.
Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times in recreational areas.
Visitor limits are as follows:
One adult and one child per bedroom, with a maximum of six visitors, unless otherwise approved.
Two adults and two children under 14 per master bedroom or studio; two adults and one child per additional bedroom.
Visitors are permitted from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM only and must depart by midnight. Access to community facilities may be subject to restrictions.
Additional Responsibilities:
The property is intended for residential use. Amenities such as the pool and gym should only be used in designated areas and at your own risk.
Upon check-in, thoroughly inspect the property and report any issues within 24 hours.
Ensure constant supervision of children and be fully responsible for their safety and well-being.
Secure all personal belongings; the Operator assumes no liability for any lost or forgotten items.
Noise and Disturbance to Neighbors:
Please maintain a quiet atmosphere throughout your stay, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Noise should not be discernible to neighboring residences.
Avoid using or entering neighboring properties or personal items.
Report any disputes or complaints from neighbors to the Operator promptly.
Engage in no anti-social behavior and strive to minimize any disruption to the community.
Parties, Gatherings or Functions:
Parties and social gatherings are strictly forbidden.
Use of Community Facilities:
Observe the community management’s designated hours for the pool and spa.
Glassware is not permitted in the pool area.
Adhere to all safety protocols, particularly concerning children.
Barbeque:
BBQs are prohibited inside apartments, balconies, and terraces. Please use designated BBQ areas if provided.
Smoking:
Smoking of cigarettes is strictly forbidden indoors. Smoking of shisha or hookah is also prohibited both indoors and outdoors.
Pet Policy:
Pets are permitted only in specific units with prior approval. Additional pet fees apply. The Pet Addendum must be completed and the fee paid prior to your stay.
Waste Disposal:
Dispose of all garbage and recycling in accordance with community guidelines. Do not leave refuse in public or common areas.
Parking:
Adhere to all parking regulations and park only in designated areas as instructed by the Operator.
